RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative activities e.g report generation to support sales department ·
- Develop and manage customer relationships and order enquires
- Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time
- Issue delivery orders and billing invoices and other customer related documents that facilitate a smooth sales order
- Coordinate with internal departments on customers’ request
- Responsible for ensuring SOP
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM /Diploma, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
