  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Non-Trade Account Payable

  • Key in non-trade invoices (maintenance, utilities, rental, marketing fee, insurance, staff claim, etc.)
  • Request PR from person in charge and process payment once PR obtained.
  • Perform supplier reconciliation on monthly basis and reconcile the variances.
  • Update cashbook on non-trade related transaction.
  • Keep track of utilities usage every month.

    • Intercompany billing

  • To bill intercompany every month end.

    • Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, financial analyses, or process enhancements.

    • Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Candidates with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in the accounting field. Prior F&B industry working experience is added advantages.
  • Familiar with Singapore market structure is added advantages.
  • Possess a good working attitude and positive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. (Vlookup, Xlookup, Pivot Table, Sumifs)
  • Candidate with prior Netsuite Oracle experience is added advantage.
