Job Description
- Perform receiving of stocks, packaging materials and consumables that matches the order in good condition. Non compliance goods should be rejected and segregated from the good stocks
- Move inventory and materials across facilities and process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location including salvage stocks and returns
- Package items and label correctly
- Scan delivered items and ensure quality
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Operate heavy machinery like forklifts, reach truck or power pallet truck to move or store inventory
- Ensure that MHE properly maintained and to report to Maintenance/Management whenever there is a breakdown.
- Maintains a good housekeeping of warehouse and equipment as well as zero accident rates
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in Logistics and Supply Chain /Business Administration
- License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
- Physically able to lift up to 20kg or more
- Able to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with WMS software, and able to upload data into the company system using scanners
- Able to work independently
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
