JOB SCOPE:
- Work 6 days per week / Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm / Sat 8.00am - 1.00pm
- To handle general administration duties such as maintaining proper filing of accounting records, preparation of invoices , soa, receipts , qc machinery , purchase order , sales order , stock take and other ad-hoc admin job (if required)
- To provide clerical support to the accountant
- Answer phone calls and customer queries and respond to emails
REQUIREMENTS :
- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Have sense of responsibilities
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Team player with a pleasant personality
