  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK

Responsible for the maximization of sales for company’s products. Promote / specification all products and turnover of sales and provide data’s regarding changes required in the product to meet Customer standards, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meeting with potential customers.
  • Visiting potential customers(Designer / Architect / Contractor / Dealer) for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Making / submit customers enquiry for quotations, negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future market.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer into to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
  • Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their sales targets.
  • Provide accurate feedback on future trends to superior, to ensure & follow up customer account on time for payment.
  • To ensure all project complete and submit with photo & project certificate.
  • Site visiting for TCS project sales & demonstrating / presenting products.
  • To input daily sales activities to CRM.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic : Qualification: Diploma / Degree
  • Experience : Marketing / Sales / Business
  • Skills / Traits :
  • Proven experience as a sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, hands-on experience.
    • With CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion of sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • High school Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing.
