IT Business Development Representative Entry Level

Prior Experience in Cloud/ Infra Industry is preferred
Role
We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDR, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for Titan. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Solution team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Handle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses
- Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Malaysia
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
- Ability to stay up to date in the Cloud landscape and demonstrate our platform value
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in understanding their business objectives, and ensuring our software aligns with their needs.
- Proactively identify and address client’s concerns or issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical support team, in ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules, features, and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
Requirements
- Outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a IT company
- Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
- Previous Experience in a startup is preferred
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
