RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, test and hires the team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Business Administrative or equivalent
  • Experience more than 5 years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in writing in English
  • Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
  • Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in measurement, pricing and preparation of bill of quantity
