RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruits, test and hires the team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Business Administrative or equivalent
- Experience more than 5 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in writing in English
- Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
- Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge in measurement, pricing and preparation of bill of quantity
