Job Responsibilities:

Admin

  • In-charge for hostels and office maintenance, including cleanliness, office equipment, office supplies for stationery & refreshment, sanitization, set-up the meeting rooms etc if required.
  • Arrange travel accommodation and flight booking etc.
  • Providing administration support in Admin, including staff attendance, company car maintenance & insurance, hostel tenancy agreement and other department admin matters.
  • Maintenance of incoming & outgoing correspondences.
  • Updating and logging of all incoming correspondences.
  • Update member list to project to ensure users have access to folder.
  • Tracking and updating of outstanding submittal to perspective personnel.
  • Meeting minutes taking.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Translate

  • Interpret / Translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin, English and Malay languages for in-house China staff.
  • Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between the languages in the meetings such as phone/web conference, in-house staff meeting, etc.
  • Translate technical documentation and other documents, including forms, SOP, email etc between both languages.
  • Proofread, edit and revise translated materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must at least possess Diploma in any field.
  • Highly independent and good at time management.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Candidate must be able to work 6 days weekly
  • Only candidate who able to speak, read & write proficiently in Mandarin will be consider due to the needs liaise with China team & HQ.
