Job description:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence by drafting, proofreading, and managing emails and other communications in both English and Mandarin.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings and events.
- Oversee office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
- Organize personal appointments and manage personal correspondence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
