Job description:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence by drafting, proofreading, and managing emails and other communications in both English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings and events.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
  • Organize personal appointments and manage personal correspondence.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
