In this position, u will be assisting assistant manager in managing laboratory efficiently by ensuring that the final product are meeting product specification, provide good customer services & support to the stakeholders in order to strengthen customer’s satisfaction, and also to ensure the safety in laboratory by continuously improving. QA Executive assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans. To manage and lead laboratory efficiently to achieve company’s business objective.
You will play an important role in:
- Responsible to manage QA activities with regards to raw and packaging materials, in-process samples and finished products by ensuring that every oil received is tested accurately and any off-spec quality reported to Operations for further action.
- To advise on oil quality issue which may affect the quality of the finished products by reporting to production in order to allow production personnel to respond quickly when any problematic oil is produced.
- To collaborate with Production in drive process performance to comply quality requirement.
- Responsible to assist in resolving internal and external non-conformance and manage customer complaint.
What you will need to succeed in this role:-
- Degree in Food Science/Technology/ Chemistry or related field
- 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Sound knowledge in Halal application and implementation
- Good knowledge and exposure in GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards
