Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
  • Execute marketing plans and provide detailed reports
  • Assist surgeons in the operating room (scrub tech role)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to doctors and hospital teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by visiting accounts, attending social and promotional events, and staying up-to-date on relevant market conditions.
  • Develop effective sales strategies alongside the Sales Manager
  • Address customer service needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our medical products and their applications
  • Stay current on the latest clinical data and effectively communicate it to healthcare professionals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage your work schedule effectively
  • Develop strategies to expand your network within the medical and healthcare sector
  • Participate in medical exhibitions and conferences
  • Prepare presentations for divisional meetings
  • Attend company meetings, technical briefings, and data presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for healthcare
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
