Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Execute marketing plans and provide detailed reports
- Assist surgeons in the operating room (scrub tech role)
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to doctors and hospital teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by visiting accounts, attending social and promotional events, and staying up-to-date on relevant market conditions.
- Develop effective sales strategies alongside the Sales Manager
- Address customer service needs and ensure satisfaction
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our medical products and their applications
- Stay current on the latest clinical data and effectively communicate it to healthcare professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage your work schedule effectively
- Develop strategies to expand your network within the medical and healthcare sector
- Participate in medical exhibitions and conferences
- Prepare presentations for divisional meetings
- Attend company meetings, technical briefings, and data presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for healthcare
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
