Account cum Admin Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Account cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
• Calculate salary, including (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and EPCB)
• Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
• Prepare and filing payment voucher & necessary record
• Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
• Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Process and record monthly invoices
• Prepare monthly payments
• Maintain proper accounting record and filing
• Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
• Record and track team leave
• Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
• Provide administrative assistance to management
Requirements:
• Min 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in the related field
• Proficiency in software skills such as MS Word, Excel, Accounting.
• Proven ability to handle account management report as per the timeline given.
• Process strong Leadership & Management skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
