- Administrators process sales orders / LOA that reach the company.
- Process orders generated by sales representatives or indoor sales staff.
- Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails.
- Sales administrators record details of the order in the process system, including biling and payment collection.
- Update the records with details of orders and invoices.
- Provide useful data for sales reports and for planning future sales pricing and / or marketing campaigns.
- Sales administrators provide support from sales representatives when they are away from the office.
- Assist in monitoring market developments, business performance and analyzing customer usage and market opportunities to develop appropriate marketing programs.
- Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, door gifts and etc.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.
- Reporting to Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary / STPM/”A” Level / Pre-U
- At Least 2 years of working experiences in related field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Adminstrative Support or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Independent, self-movitated, committed, ability to interact and a team player
- Flexible, self-started
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required language (s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
