Job Resposibilities;
- Conduct monthly performance report with Section heads
- Provide yearly KPIs report to the Management
- Develop and implement quick action plans to solve urgent issues and sustain department performance
- Identify solutions & develop project plans to improve department efficiency
- Conduct engagement sessions with Section heads to monitor the progress of each project and develop corrective actions if needed
- Provide yearly skill training program to the team members and make sure they can complete the training according to schedule
- Listen to and address concerns of the Section heads
- Coach the Section heads
- Develop and implement production plans that align with sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast future production needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for production planning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate material deliveries.
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and on time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address issues that may impact production timelines.
Job Requirements;
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Previous experience in a production planning or manufacturing.
- Experience in production planning concepts and terminology.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
