We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of innovative skincare products, overseeing product lifecycle and SKU rationalization.
  • Lead consumer and market research to uncover insights, adapt marketing strategies, and identify new opportunities.
  • Formulate annual media strategies and manage media performance, including owned and social media channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage brand projects, including new product launches and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.
  • At least 10 years of brand management experience in an FMCG MNC with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong command of English.
  • Experience in product launches, digital campaigns, and managing media and PR activities.
