About the Role:
Traveloka is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will oversee comprehensive recruitment efforts, lead talent identification initiatives, and manage high-level communications with candidates and stakeholders. Your role will involve strategic recruitment planning, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior team members to ensure we attract and secure top-tier talent in our fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies and processes to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles across the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth job and task analyses to identify and target the most effective talent pools for diverse roles within Traveloka.
  • Lead the evaluation of applicants’ qualifications, including their skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with Traveloka’s strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment reports and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee and refine key aspects of the recruitment process, including application reviews, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential candidates and key industry contacts, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong track record in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the OTA, E-commerce, Technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing complex recruitment processes, including executive search, strategic talent sourcing, and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with a strong ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • High level of autonomy with a strategic mindset and an ability to drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Experience with Workday ATS or similar advanced recruitment technologies is highly desirable
