Facilities Technician

Requirement: 1. Facility Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance. 2. Facility Supervisor to oversee regular maintenance of the building eg plumbing, electrical, clean room, aircon, compressor and other systems. If we engage external contractors, he needs to coordinate with them for repairs and maintenance work. 3. Facility Supervisor needs to conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues and well-maintained the facility systems. 4. Facility Supervisor need to do documentation, reporting and budget updates. Qualifications: 1. Diploma or equivalent; a degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 2. Prefer Chargeman or wireman experience in factory system. 3. Strong knowledge of building systems and experience in facility maintenance.
