Qualifications & experience  Diploma or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.  Several years of experience in construction site supervisor.  Proficiency in construction management and Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards  Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues or delays on the site.  Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure Tasks & responsibilities  Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors  Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly  Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.  Perform regular quality checks and inspections.  Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.  Adjust plans and schedules as necessary to address delays or problems  Ensure that construction activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes.  Obtain necessary permits and licenses  Provide technical expertise and guidance on construction methods and techniques.  Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
