Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our human resources functions and ensure smooth operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff overtime, managing staff claims, handling recruitment processes, and providing administrative support. This role requires effective communication and coordination with office teams and site staffs.

Responsibilities:

· Track and manage overtime hours of site staffs, ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Process and handle monthly staff claims, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

· Oversee the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, exit and employee relations.

· Monitor and facilitate staff movement between different sites, ensuring smooth transitions.

· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staffs, including air tickets, hotels, and transportation.

· Work closely with the Office & HR teams on various HR matters and initiatives.

· Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

· Operate and manage basic office equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and functionality.

· Maintain organized filing systems for documents and prepare relevant documents and letters as requested.

· Attend to site staff logistics arrangements, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.

· Update and maintain staff and worker records, including attendance and leave records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
