Job Details :
- · To understanding the company business model and company background
- · To schedule meetings with leaders to discuss the company's strategy and plans.
- · To maintain open lines of communication with employees across all levels and departments such as gather insights about daily operations, challenges, and opportunities
- · To participate in key company meetings, such as board meetings, departmental strategy sessions, and financial briefings.
- · To get update about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- · To conduct employee engagement surveys and collect feedback on how employees perceive the company's business model and culture.
- · To track and facilitate an annual percentage of overall performance and underperforming rating of employees over the previous year.
- · To provide feedback to employees and conduct a minimum number of coaching session with employees.
- · To set and track performance goals for employees and monitor the percentage of employees achieving their goals or targets.
- · To measure the average improvement in performance metrics due to performance management initiatives.
- · Administer and analyze employee satisfaction surveys related to performance management practices.
- · Work on improving employee satisfaction scores and engagement with performance management processes.
- · To develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce planning.
- · To collaborate with leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
- · Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and agencies.
- · Implement effective candidate evaluation and selection processes, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- · To analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive process improvements and inform decision-making and Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to leadership.
Education:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- English Language fluency EXPERIENCE – spoken and written
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR administration.
- At least 2 years leading a team
- With knowledge in managing HR system – Payroll & HRMIS
- Good in Employment Act and IR knowledge & experience.
