MRI Applications Specialist (Radiographer)

Position : MRI Applications Specialist Company Industry : Medical Devices Working Hours : Monday – Friday (0800 to 1730) Office Location : Level 1, Plaza 1A Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, KL Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur Working Arrangement: Travelling within Malaysia is required. Travelling within ASEAN occasionally Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY Remuneration : Salary up to RM12,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement Expected start date: Immediately *** Travelling expenses claimable WHO CAN APPLY? • Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology with more than 3 years of MR technical/clinical industry experience • Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems • Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation. • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience. • Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver MRI application training in the clinical, classroom, and remote settings. • Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desired outcomes. • Primary focus will be to provide support to MRI customers in Malaysia, also periodically support other countries within ASEAN. • Serve as a subject matter expert (MR) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward. • Support product demonstrations, site visits and marketing activities. • Introduce new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (MR) and ongoing training needs. • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes. • Act as focal point for MR modality team, identify and solve customer issues, assist in escalations, problem determination, specialty training requests and communicate potential leads to relevant teams. • Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives. • Willingness and ability to travel within Malaysia and periodically within ASEAN DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, and execute education programs. • Excellent Interpersonal skills and working as part of a dynamic team environment. • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare MRI systems.
