- Assist in processing sales orders: ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and customer information
- Coordinate between sales staff, customers, and internal teams for smooth communication and order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person; provide detailed product and service information
- Maintain proper filing and data entry
- Perform general administrative duties in the office
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required
- Candidates must have at least an SPM qualification or a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
