We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage and coordinate tender documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support and handle documentations (invoices, quotations, and purchase orders) in SQL system.
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Women & Single, aged 21-35 years.
- Minimum qualification of a Certificate or Diploma.
- Previous experience in tender management and procurement processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Can start Immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
