- Contact suppliers based on the company-provided vendor list.
- Schedule at least two days a week for onsite negotiations with suppliers.
- Update supplier data, purchase volumes, etc., in the company system.
- Independently communicate purchasing agreements with suppliers.
- Follow up on transportation arrangements after orders are placed with suppliers.
- Convey supplier issues, results, and important matters to relevant supervisors.
- Minimum education STPM certificate or equivalent, with over one year of sales experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (trilingual).
- Experience in problem analysis and resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate contracts.
- Ability to handle diverse and detailed tasks.
- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and competence.
