Demand Executive (Sales Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Support:

• Assist in various ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and contributing to project deliverables. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

  2) Data Management:

  • Organize and maintain datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

    3) Operation Support:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, responding to customers via phone, email, and chat.

      4) Support Departments:

      • Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing, sales, operations, or development, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. Art the same time, work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.

        5) Documentation:

        • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our reporting and back end systems.

          6) Collaboration:

          • Collaborate with operations to ensure that bookings are processed smoothly and efficiently.

            7) Adaptability:

            • Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

• Pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing ,economics or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
