  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Diploma and above i.e. fresh graduates accepted
  • Able to read & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to read & write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Immediate hiring (1 -2 months temporary role for Contact Centre)
