- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in Customer Service
- Diploma and above i.e. fresh graduates accepted
- Able to read & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to read & write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Immediate hiring (1 -2 months temporary role for Contact Centre)
