- Process involves receiving document set in email (usually 140 different shipping documents)
- Organizing the documents by type in tool
- Manually search shipment in Navisphere (TMS - Transportation Management System)
- Validate document type matches actual document
- Name document as per type (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
- Any ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply

- Fluent in the required language Mandarin & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work on Monday to Friday (including PH if PH falls between Monday to Friday)
- Willing to Relocate to Petaling Jaya.
