As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as the key strategic partner for key stakeholders in the JAPAC to ensure that company's recruitment of high-calibre talent is in line with the company's business goals.
Job Description:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Develop strong and diverse internal and external talent pipelines for critical skills in the region, through proactive succession pipeline building and ongoing talent relationship management.
- Partner with the Global TA team to ensure best practice is delivered and participate in agreed strategic TA initiatives
- Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
- Track and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment through significant indicators and reporting.
- Provides insights on recruitment effectiveness to relevant stakeholders. Uses data and analytics to champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any field with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in JAPAC region.
- Familiar with headhunting / sourcing across LinkedIn Recruitment and other platform across JAPAC region.
- Prior working experience with recruitment firm / outsourcing firm is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
