Job : Site Manager (Labuan) – Memorial Park

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM 15,000 – RM18,000

Working days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage workers to achieve company standards.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of machinery, irrigation systems, and property.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to submit monthly accounts, progress reports, and funding requests.
• Support financial administration tasks.
• Promote health and safety practices and ensure staff compliance.
• Liaise with authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
• Identify training needs and facilitate staff development.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage procurement for supplies and equipment.
• Keep accurate documentation, including legal and financial records.
• Assist with routine HR functions, including training and disciplinary actions.
• Represent the Commission at meetings and events.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and general IT skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in team management.
• Proven reliability, honesty, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time
