Accounting

  • Answer all enquiries & incoming calls from clients, doctors & vendors.
  • Prepare, verify and process billings & statement of accounts to clients.
  • Receive and verify invoices & statements from clinics/hospitals, vendors, etc.
  • Maintain/update clinics/hospitals, vendors & clients listing.
  • Handle all banking matters.
  • Ensure reconciliations are up to date (Banks, AR, AP)
  • Ensure all documentations are processed according to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily processing of financial transactions in an efficient & timely manner.
  • Maintain day-to-day smooth running of accounts department.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all accounting information.

Administration

  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of office operations.
  • Ensure office supplies, stationery, pantry items and medical supplies are managed and controlled.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all administrative information
  • Maintain office security, attend and control guest access.
  • Perform ad hoc and other related duties when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the related field (Accounting/Finance/Business Administration)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Previous work experience in Accounts dept in the medical/healthcare fields is an added advantage.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized /Entry -level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
  • Must be target driven and able to hit KPI's given
  • One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
  • Available immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
