Job Summary:

We are seeking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving sales, leading business development initiatives, and overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, proven sales experience, and a strong track record of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market share in meteorite and Ammolite gemstone retail.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans, sales reports, and forecasts to track growth and progress.

Sales Leadership:

  • Manage and drive retail sales, both in-store and through other channels (e.g., online platforms, trade shows, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

Retail Store Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and display of high-end jewelry and gemstones.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, minerals, or meteorites is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
