ID Project Coordinator (Junior)

Responsibilities and Authorities

1. Project Coordinate:

• Coordinate and work together with the project team and subcontractor
• Follow up on the Project status
• Report to the Project manager if delay
• Work together with the Project team for project schedule and budget

2. Technical Lead:

• Provide technical advice
• Liaise with the subcontractor for sample approval

3. QAQC:

• Prepare project inspection test plan
• Lead the QA QC team for the inspection status
• Work together with the QA QC team and project team or contractor if non-conformance is detected

4. Performance Management:

• Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
• Prepare and submit performance management reports to Project Manager
• Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

5. Quality Management System:

• Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
• Implement improvement in the Commercial and project departments.
• Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.
• Proper document and record keeping in the project department.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

1. Education

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management, Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) Training or Certificate.

2. Experience

• Three or more years of experience in project coordination
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
