F&B Supervisor / F&B Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and meet objectives.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Monitor and supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, address concerns, and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with the manager and other supervisors to implement strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to management.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the manager to implement training programs or initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Food and Beverages Industry
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
