Roles & responsibilities:
• Responsible for functional areas of Human Resources & Administration including recruitment, admin management, employee welfare, payroll and employee relationship.
• Design and implement effective HR policies, procedures and controls.
• Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, leaves managements, medical certificates, medical claims etc.
• Plan, manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance to company direction and Malaysian regulation.
• Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s regulations and policies.
• Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources and company legal registrations.
• administrative duties such as keeping daily records, basic admin work and etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Summary of role requirements:
• possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent will be good.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a HR role/ admin executive role.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations effectively and professionally.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
