How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs

 Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel

 Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required

 Perform all procedures accurately, including documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes

 Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly

 Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied

 Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service

 Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Able to work in Rotational Shift.
