Essential Selection Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Possess relevant working experience in similar position or role.
  • Experience in education sector would be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is an added advantage to effectively communicates with Mandarin speaking clients.
  1. Education Counsellor (Domestic & International Sales)

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrolment process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment. This role requires a proactive approach to follow up on leads daily and convert them into enrolled students. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about the university’s programs, admission requirements, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand the needs and goals of prospective students and provide personalized guidance.
  • Assist prospective students with the application process, including filling out forms, gathering required documents, and meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open days, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of leads through the enrolment funnel and adjust strategies as needed to achieve enrolment targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

2. Partner School Engagement (Domestic & International Sales)

The Partner School Engagement staff will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with secondary and high schools to promote our brand and increase student enrolment. This role involves organizing events to create brand awareness and conducting nurturing activities to positively influence students’ perceptions and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • School Penetration:
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with secondary and high schools.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with school principal, counsellors, and teachers.
    • Identify and target key schools for partnership opportunities.
  • Event Organization:
    • Plan and execute events to create brand awareness within schools.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and make necessary adjustments.
  • Nurturing Activities:
    • Organize nurturing events and activities to influence students’ perceptions.
    • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and seminars to students.
  • Lead Conversion:
    • Work closely with the sales team to increase conversion rates from leads to enrolments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, public speaking, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local education system and school networks.
  • Ability to travel to various school locations as needed.
