Job Description: • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions • Process all invoices and payments received • Resolve all invoice queries • Update invoice register of all invoices/credits received • External liaison with suppliers • Reconcile statements received from suppliers • Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation • Preparation of proposed payment run • Review Aged Accounts Payable report and explain debit balances • Assist day to day accounting operations • Perform filing, keep record and documents filing • Perform any other duties & task by the Management Requirements / Qualifications / What we need from you • Education Level : Diploma or Degree in Accounting and any relevant field • Years of Experience : 2 years and above • Basic accounting knowledge • Experience with accounts payable processes • Computer literate: Microsoft Office & Excel • Ability to work independently on assigned duties & strong attention to detail and accuracy & as part of a team • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin • Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam • 5 days of work per week
