Sabah Lead, SPX Express (Kota Kinabalu)

-Lead and overseeing SPX Express operations across all division in Sabah region including but not limited to Linehaul - transport, Sorting Centers - warehouses and Last Mile - delivery. -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. -Analyze operational data, including performance metrics, and process workflows, to identify areas of growth and efficiency initiatives improvement across Sabah region. -Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations performance, ensuring the highest cost efficiency, area performance, and people capability and productivity. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement. -Capable of reporting and forecasting, planning operation outputs across Sabah region. -Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirement : -Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements -Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply. -Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous -More than 10 years of total work experience focusing on logistics operations, or related fields. -Strong leadership & managerial skills to manage big teams and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams -Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels. -Ability to deal with ambiguous situations -Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment -Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly -Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
