Production Supervisor, Prai

• To ensure production operation excellences. • To ensure production materials availability for crate assembly on daily and weekly basis. • Raise material requisition form to warehouse to ensure sufficient materials for production build. • Record and maintain good practice bin card for all production material. • To plan and execute daily production schedule as provided by production planner. • Make sure all machines and tools are well maintain and sufficient for production activities • To plan overtime arrangement (daily/ Sunday / Public holiday) and same time align with the department KPI. • To ensure month end stock take accuracy for production material and accessories. • To ensure all specifications, drawing, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) are in place. • Responsible on job training (OJT), new SOP, new WI and other implementation is well passdown to all operators. • To supervise constantly on the operator’s attendance, discipline and their performance on daily basis. • To ensure 5s for production floor are well maintained and meeting monthly KPI for 5S Audit 85%. • To perform continuous improvement activities from time to time. Minimum 1 Kaizen per quarter.
