Managing data entry tasks for customer and sales data, ensuring the company’s databases are up-to-date. Support for IT and Retail Operations: Assisting with the smooth running of Point of Sale (POS) systems and office IT equipment (e.g., computers, printers). Liaising with IT support teams for minor technical issues related to retail systems or hardware. Communication and Coordination: Acting as a point of contact between departments such as sales, IT, and logistics. Handling communication with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding IT products and retail operations. Marketing and Event Support: Assisting in marketing initiatives, including preparing promotional materials for sales campaigns or product launches. Coordinating internal events such as product training sessions or customer engagement events in-store or online. Skills Required: Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with common IT products such as laptops, peripherals, and software, as well as understanding basic technical specifications. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks such as inventory management, order processing, and administrative support.
