Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to company standard and policies.
- Manage resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of necessary materials.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing oil palm operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, including those related to agriculture, labour, and environmental standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
