Customer Service Professional (ONLY Mandarin and/or Cantonese Language)

• Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company’s projects.
• Ability to converse and write fluently in English AND Mandarin or/and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.

4 Locations available:

1) Customer Service Executive (Face to face interview)

Location: Plaza Sentral (KL Sentral)

Face to face interview.

Working Hours:

· 9am - 6pm (Normal Office Hours), Monday to Friday

OR

· 5 days work with 2 days off (Rotational Shift)

Remuneration:

Basic Salary : RM3,000 - RM3,500

KPI: RM300

2) Telesales Representative (Face to face interview)

Location: Bangsar South (Nearby Abdullah Hukum LRT station)

Working Hours:

· 9am - 6pm (Normal Office Hours)

· Monday to Friday

Remuneration:

· Basic: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

· Language Allowance: RM400

· Commission: Up to RM1,000

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telesales

· Skills: Strong sales skills

· Handling all outbound calls, live chat, and emails

· Language:* Must be able to read and communicate well in Mandarin*

3) Customer Service Executive – (Virtual interview only)

Location: Ara Damansara (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT Station)

Working Hours:

· 9am - 6pm (Normal Office Hours), Monday to Friday

· OR

· 5 days work with 2 days off (Rotational Shift)

Remuneration:

· Basic: RM2,000 - RM3,100

Retention Bonus:

• RM2,500, paid in two instalments on your 6 months and 9 months of working

· KPI: Up to RM500

· Language Allowance: Up to RM800

· Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM500

· Relocation Allowance: Up to RM250

· Commission Pay

· Overtime Pay

4) (Customer Service Executive)(Face to face interview & Virtual interview - Outstation candidates)

Bandar Iskandar Puteri (JB) (Accommodation and shuttle available)

Remuneration:

· Basic Salary: RM3000.00 to RM3400.00

· Retention Bonus: RM5000, paid in two instalments on your 6th and 9th month of working.

Allowances:

· 6 days allowance- RM300

· Night shift allowance- RM300

· KPI (Key Performance Indicator) allowance- up to RM400

· Overtime (OT) allowance

· Accommodation: Provided based on location, with a 6-month service bond upon request

· Shuttle Services: Available from various locations including Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, and Mutiara Rini.
