Key Responsibilities:
- To perform HR Generalist on compensation & benefits, training, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- To be responsible of recruitment process include job posting, screening, interview, prepare employment letter, on board training & briefing and to liaise with the respective HODs & Director on manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both personal file and HR system.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and provide advice on HR to HODs and managers.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage payroll for non-management staff, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage relevant training programs for employees & manage HRDC claims, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management//Business Administrative or related disciplines
- Familiar with employment law and legislation
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of verbal and written English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed minded, proactive & logical thinking.
- Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
