Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform HR Generalist on compensation & benefits, training, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
  • To be responsible of recruitment process include job posting, screening, interview, prepare employment letter, on board training & briefing and to liaise with the respective HODs & Director on manpower requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both personal file and HR system.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and provide advice on HR to HODs and managers.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Manage payroll for non-management staff, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage relevant training programs for employees & manage HRDC claims, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management//Business Administrative or related disciplines
  • Familiar with employment law and legislation
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of verbal and written English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed minded, proactive & logical thinking.
  • Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
