SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management and Supervision

• Monitor daily activities to ensure that work is performed as per the approved design and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work progress, site incidents, and any deviations from project plans.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance

• Enforce TNB’s safety policies and guidelines, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
• Implement risk assessments and ensure proper safety measures are in place.

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate with the Project Engineer and other stakeholders to resolve any site-related technical issues.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and work execution.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.

Resource Management

• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
• Monitor resource usage and minimize wastage or delays in project timelines.
• Handle foreign workers and manage their needs at the site.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, manpower, equipment, and material usage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Open to candidates from any educational background. Relevant certifications and experience are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Certification: Possession of CIDB certification, NTSP, and KKT card is preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of electrical construction standards and practices.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle foreign workers and documentation.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to work at various project sites as needed.
• Ability to work extended hours and in challenging environmental conditions as required by the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
