  • To assist in the efficient managing of the sales operation and ensuring profit and sales target on new cars are achieved through implementation of appropriate strategies and activities.
  • To remain knowledgeable of the range of products and services, key processes, business initiatives, industry trends and competition in order to assist the sales division in accomplishing company goals.
  • To be conversant with all sales procedures and sales procedures for Registration of motor vehicles, Hire purchase and other financing schemes, Vehicle insurance schemes & New car sales delivery process (QDS), warranty claim policy and other terms & conditions.
  • To assist in the managing of any sales promotions, cold canvassing and prospecting exercise as required by the Company.
  • To maintain proper customer database and to enhance customer retention program and to ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing customers’ queries and complaints promptly and appropriately, in line with HMSB’s Dealer Sales Satisfaction Index (D-SSI).
  • To build and maintain good working relationship with the office and corporate clients, relevant government agencies, members of the press, financiers, insurers and suppliers.
  • To assist in reviewing, evaluating and managing all sales operation processes to ensure smooth operation, in line with HMSB standard requirements and for continuous improvement.
  • To assist in managing a team of Sales Advisors and Admin Staff, provide guidance and identify developmental needs of the staff and manages resources effectively to produce optimum output.
  • To constantly project a professional image of the Company to the public.
  • To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
  • Responsible for maintaining good house-keeping and ensuring that Showroom display is neat and clean in line with HMSB’s 3S Standard Guidelines and to plan Showroom daily activity roster for the Sales Advisors.
  • Minimum a Diploma in any related with at least 5 years relevant Sales Management/ Supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
  • Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
  • Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their sales activities and coach them accordingly
  • Excellent in building a network of excellent customer relationships
  • Able to identify potential opportunities and provide cost effective solutions to clients
  • Good understanding of Business clients in your designated geographic areas/ region
  • Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
  • Knowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environment
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
