Sales & Customer Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking orders from customers and coordinating deliveries.
• ⁠Promoting new and existing value-added products to customers.
• Obtaining pricing information from the superior when requested by customers.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Answering customers inquiries.
• ⁠Identify and access customers need to achieve satisfaction.
• ⁠Processing orders and returns.
• Compose and send email to customers.
• Documents and updates customer records based on interactions.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualification:

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
• Computer literate, with sales and customer service experience and good public relations skills.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

申请者资格：

• 至少拥有SPM/证书/文凭/学位或同等学历。
• 懂得使用电脑，拥有销售和客户服务经验及良好的公共关系技巧。
• 良好的中、巫、英沟通能力。精通中文（读、写及沟通），将获优先考虑。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
