  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and site visits.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to help the project team assess costs and budgets.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate and approve contractor payment applications and variations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
  • Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
