Job Description:

  • Manage staff attendance and leave records
  • Liaise with HR department
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires with HR and user access team
  • Handle claims and address internal office infrastructure issues with infra department
  • Monitor call recordings and provide management with insights
  • Organize and tidying up reports
  • Work closely with the management team and ensure discretion due to the privacy-sensitive nature of the role.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • No experience needed
