Business Development Manager(Electronic Manufacturer)

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to drive growth in targeted markets.
• Set measurable goals and KPIs to track performance and success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure client specifications are met.
• Engage with marketing teams to support promotional efforts and product launches.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, market insights, and sales performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent is required.
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, candidates with prior experience as a Sales manager or similar role will be given priority.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
