  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Department：Sales
Report to：Sales Team
・Use Excel to perform various tasks including inventory management.
・Utilize VLOOKUP, ROUND UP, and ROUND DOWN functions for data organization and analysis.
・Manage and update data using various Excel functions.
・Support general sales operations.
・Handle shipping documentation.
・Process purchase orders (PO).
・Assist with basic management accounting tasks.
・Prepare and manage forecasts.

Requirements

・Diploma above
・Fresh can apply
・Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, ROUND UP, and ROUND DOWN functions.
・Experience in data management and analysis.

Additional Information:

Company Industry: Manufacturing (Electronics/Semiconductors)

Working Location: Perai, Penang

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 6.00pm
